ATHLETES

Really Mindful Group delivers trainings to individuals, teams and coaches based on the experience of participating in high school and college varsity sports.  The trainings are customized based on conversations with coaches, teams and athletes and an understanding of the challenges and successes of each cohort.  Through highly interactive and engaging trainings that are custom tailored to the needs of her clients, Sarah offers participants hands-on techniques that are easily integrated into real-life situations. While a student at Brown University, Sarah was a member of the Varsity Squash Team.
